How we choose firms
We only introduce independent contractors. This page is the standard we use. It is not a guarantee of their work.
The checks
- They exist as a trader — UK company or a named sole trader with a verifiable footprint. We do not pass work to an unnamed mobile number.
- They say they are insured — public liability and work-at-height cover. You should still ask to see proof before work starts.
- Public reputation is not a red flag — a pattern of no-shows or unfinished roofs is a fail.
How an enquiry is passed
One job, one firm. They contact you inside the service level we set. They do not pretend to be Boston Roofers.
If a firm pays us
We say so. You still get a written quote from them and may refuse it.
